Schedule

This three-day residential workshop will increase your understanding of the impacts of global mega-trends such as climate change and how these changes are affecting business now and into the future. Work alongside leading scientists as you collect critical data on water quality within the ancient and lush wetlands of Xochimilco, Mexico. By interacting directly with the instructors, scientists, and cohort of individuals from across companies, you will develop the skills and confidence needed to be a sustainability leader, and build a network of like-minded professionals in the process.

Experiential learning is at the core of this program. You will be involved in outdoor activities, and will connect with nature through hands-on environmental research. Additionally, subject matter experts will guide you through leadership sessions focused on innovation and action. You will be challenged to identify and deliver on commitments that will make your area of business more sustainable and your company more environmentally responsible.

Workshops are offered twice a year in rotating locations around the world.
